Maria’s story
From searching for answers to sharing what she learned
From childhood into adulthood, I lived with recurring pain, fatigue, migraines, emotional struggles and other symptoms that affected my quality of life. I sought professional help and tried different approaches, yet I still felt that I needed to understand more about my own body and daily habits.
In my mid-thirties, a difficult period pushed me to question many of my assumptions about food and health. I began reading older health literature, studying natural hygiene and experimenting carefully with changes in my own life. My path involved trial, error and gradual learning. Over time, I experienced changes that I personally describe as healing myself.
My experience led me toward a high-raw way of eating centred mainly on fruit, leafy greens, raw vegetables, nuts and seeds. This is the approach that has felt most supportive in my own life. It is not a promise about what another person will experience.
Today, I share what I have learned through books, articles, group support and private conversations. I encourage people to think critically, move at an appropriate pace and make informed decisions with qualified professional guidance when needed.
