Disease & Diabetes…

by | Tue,Apr,2019 | Uncategorized

Please, keep messaging me that fruits have too much sugar & will feed your diabetes….

What truly worsens the diabetic condition?  The complex sugars such as grains, rice, pasta and bread.

I can almost guarantee that most people who suffer with diabetes have two things in common….

  1. They didn’t eat fruits to develop the diabetic condition…
  2. They do not eat fruit now – out of “the too much sugar fear” – when it’s the only food that can help heal the condition…

Our thinking & facts are all twisted because we put our trust into those who flat out do not know the truth (or don’t want you to know)…

They had their chance, however, people are sick, it’s time to look for answers elsewhere…

just because information was studied for 10 years, does not automatically mean everything learned is correct, it means information was studied that may or may not be correct, that was written by somebody else….

If you have a disease or condition that you wish to reverse, take a long look at your past dietary habits…

your condition has been building for years for it to express itself as symptomology…

We develop our disease due to our poor dietary habits…

We can almost always reverse our disease by doing the opposite of what we did to develop it….

Fruits are simple sugars & are the most hydrating food possible… think about it, do you really think nature created foods that will cause disease and imbalance within?

Note: I recognize that there is a difference between Type 1 & 2…Type 2 is a lot less time consuming to reverse…
