Most Products Were Designed for our Failing Health…

I haven’t used deodorant for 10 years! Why? Because I just don’t smell like I once did back when I believed that almost all foods that humans eat were healthy.  Correct Dietary choices can replace harmful products such as deodorant- that was only invented to compensate for our smelly / odorous body resulting from our incorrect dietary and lifestyle choices.

Deodorant , sunscreen, skin creams, nail care, hair care, glasses, etc… all the listed above improve overtime through a high fruit / mucusless diet… 🍓

What do I use for deodorant? Diet

When eliminating the animal proteins from the diet & the acid forming, putrefying, mucus forming foods while incorporating predominantly hydrating, alkaline, raw fruits & mucusless foods, overtime, the body no longer gives off offensive odour… If you need to use something to use as a deodorant replacement in the meantime (instead of supporting and buying a harmful / toxic deodorant), use freshly squeezed lemon juice, or some diluted essential oils such as lavender instead.  Healthy people do not stink!!

What do I use for sunscreen?

A health promoting Diet

Fair / pale skin is indicative of excess mucus in the body.  Even fair/pale skinned people will tan as they heal, eliminate mucus & clean up their inner terrain.  Nature sends us clear messages, we need to learn to listen.  A healthy body does not burn.  The sun is acidic in nature & if an individual is unhealthy (stagnant lymphatic, mucus filled ) – they often burn.  I once burned quickly in the sunlight, however, for the past 8 years, since eliminating the mucus forming foods from my diet (eggs, milk, breads, meat, processed food, artificial sugar, fried foods, most fatty foods) I no longer burn, and my tan lasts almost the entire long winter.  We are meant to have an amazing relationship with the Sunshine, we are not meant to slather chemicals on our skin in avoidance of the beautiful Sunshine .  Daily, adequate sunlight is healthy, it is our habits that are often NOT so healthy which reflects in the way it reacts to the sun. If you need to avoid too much sunlight , cover up with clothing, or seek shade –  because the chemicals in sunscreen contribute to poor health & even cancer overtime.

What do I use for skincare? Diet

If you knew me in the past, I was obsessed with face & body creams & didn’t go a day without suppressing my skins abilities to eliminate toxins through the skin.  I had dry skin.

Our skin is an eliminative organ and it needs to breathe.  These days, if I ever use anything externally, I prefer the juice from fruits (melons, grapes) or some of my fresh aloe … skincare stems from within.  Great skin develops overtime with incorporating a hydrating, alkaline, raw, natural fruits/foods into the diet… Great skin happens when we avoid mucus forming foods.  If we eat dehydrating , acid forming / mucus forming foods such as animal products or starchy, fatty foods, expect skin issues, dehydration/fungal (dry skin) issues…

What do I use for hair care? Diet

In time, dandruff or dry/itchy scalp – which is a result of systemic acidosis/fungal issues) or greasy hair (poor diet) and dull hair becomes a thing of the past with a return to a hydrating, cleansing, amino acid rich diet of fresh fruits/mucusless foods… healthy hair stems from a healthy inner terrain …We can buy fancy shampoos & conditioners in hopes that they will improve our unhealthy hair, however , this is just another “bandaid effect” because there is nothing that can replace the necessary internal work to achieve health.

All symptoms are messages from the body to change our ways.

We’ve developed countless products to compensate for our inability/unwillingness to live & eat in accordance with our design & our species specific diet.  Most people are ingesting foods on the daily – that do not promote health & wellbeing, in fact, they build disease issues overtime.

Yes, we are the human frugivore species & there are specific foods that we are designed to eat that keep us in health – & there are a lot of foods that we eat that build disease issues within overtime.

Disease is an effort by the body to throw off, or eliminate,  excess waste matter from the body.  Disease is also a message from the body to change our dietary/lifestyle habits before it’s too late.  We can’t expect extraordinary results (healthy hair, skin, nails, odour, etc) when we are not supplying the body with the correct fuel.  We are designed for simple, easy to digest/assimilate/absorb/eliminate , hydrating foods.  What humans have been eating for far to long is complex, high protein, mucus forming, fatty, difficult to digest / eliminate foods which come at a price.  People trade taste for their health everyday.

The one aspect that is within your ability to change- is your health.  You get to decide how you want to live, the state of your health & the quality of your life.  So please, choose wisely!
