Is Dairy Inflammatory?

When we gain a full understanding of how each food type reacts within our bodies, this knowledge can serve us to make healthier choices…Anti-inflammatory choices…

for example…

when we learn the truth with how dairy products react within the human body, & gain a full understanding that ingesting dairy causes mucus, acid ash residues & inflammation within, which in turn leads to calcium loss from our connective tissues to counteract the acidity, It becomes quite clear that Dairy is clearly not human food, it’s baby cow growth fluid.

when we learn that  calcium loss resulting from the ingestion of dairy can lead to parathyroid issues, which lead to symptoms such as varicose veins, depression, loss of connective tissue, wrinkles, weak or ridged fingernails, bruising easily, etc, it becomes more apparent that dairy was clearly not designed for humans, it was designed to grow a baby cow into a large beast in a relatively short amount of time…

Upon learning these truths, how can we consciously enjoy dairy any longer?  I didn’t even touch on the animal cruelty aspect, so far, just the human health cruelty aspect…

This knowledge kind of ruins the taste of dairy, wouldn’t you agree?  Yet I see this as a positive because learning the truth sets you free, even if it is uncomfortable at first.

This is precisely the reason many will simply turn a blind eye, reject truth, turn to the mainstream explanation surrounding dairy, which allows them to enjoy dairy as they believe they are somehow “gaining” calcium instead of “losing” calcium…

In my eyes, it’s just not possible to enjoy a “food” that is responsible for the degeneration of health….Not to mention the hormones, antibiotics, vaccines & steriods that are given to factory farmed animals that transfer into the milk sold at the local grocery…

Every time you ingest dairy, realize that you are prematurely aging yourself which changes everything…Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!

facing the truth and learning it for ourselves is the path to initiate change in habits, despite our upbringing, programmed beliefs, traditions & habits…

It’s all up to us, our health state is entirely within our hands, every day we are doing one of two things within our bodies,

  1. Building / accumulating toxins, acids, mucus which lead to inflammatory symptoms based on our dietary choices…

Or…

  • Hydrating, cleansing, alkalizing, counteracting (not adding to internal waste within) sweeping out toxins/acids/mucus through our dietary choices
