What does it take to heal?

Fruits 🍌 do not heal the body…

The body heals the body…

But for the body to heal the body,
It needs silence, rest, stillness, correct conditions…

Digestion is a difficult task for the body…

Digestion of complex chemistry (high protein foods) requires life force, the bodies energy….

If the body is digesting, it is not healing, as it cannot engage in two difficult tasks simultaneously…

One major task at a time…

The body is always at work, doing what it can to keep you in a health state…

If you ingest acidic foods, the body knows how to counteract this acidity by drawing calcium from your connective tissues to maintain the bloods 7.4 ph….

How intelligent & resourceful is that? However, overtime aging symptoms are a result from low parathyroid function which comes about from years of calcium loss…

So why is it that we can eat fruits & the body will heal at its own pace?

Fruits digest faster than any other food on the planet…

We are designed to eat fruits….Fruits do not obstruct in anyway…

You could compare eating a bowl of raw apple sauce to eating a steak, that steak takes up to 24 hours of digestive / life force energy…

The applesauce should take a half hour to an hour on average to digest depending on you…

Once the apple is digested, the body can return to healing or eliminating toxins, acids & mucus…

Way before that steak is digested, most likely one has already eaten another meal, this sets up a domino effect where the body hardly ever receives a digestive rest to heal…

In most cases, this goes on for an entire lifetime…This is one of the reasons our bodies will throw us into a forced fast every once in awhile (cold & flu like symptoms, fever, lack of appetite, etc.)…If you are not going to supply the body with digestive rest, the body will supply itself with it when it’s had enough…

if the body cannot do what it was designed to do (clean, heal & rejuvenate), it becomes locked up, stagnant, mucus filled, aglomulated, fatty, full of acid & mucus waste, stiff, sore, etc…

This is the condition the allopathic community likes to call “disease”….depending on where the acidic waste accumulates, will depend on your special “incurable by them” disease name…

So, while the fruits do not “heal” the body, fruits do free the body from the difficult task of digestion quickly & it’s at this point where the body can begin to correct itself…

if you can remain on fruits for months, the body consistently receives digestive breaks & therefore more opportunities to heal…

Even salads & veggies require more digestive energy & time, & do not compare with fruits when talking digestion…

Fruits cleanse the digestive tract on their way down & have astringent properties that overtime, scrub off old mucoid plaque (for example) that builds up on the intestinal wall, from decades of high protein foods which block the bodies nutritional absorption capabilities, resulting in what most people deal with today….

Malabsorption ….

If you are too skinny or overweight, you most likely deal with malabsorption issues…

most people alive today do…

We need to cleanse our GI tracts…

So, while fruit doesn’t heal the body, it’s the only food we can eat that will still allow the body to heal the body…

The other option is fasting, which can be somewhat difficult or dangerous if one is not properly prepared & has taken pharmaceutical drugs in their lifetime for example.  Fasting is an amazing healing modality later on in the health game, after one has lived on natural plant/fruits only for an extended duration of time…

Fasting is our bodies built in “medicine” if conducted correctly at the correct time depending on your individual situation…how we prepare for a fast & how we break a fast is just as important as the fast itself…

So, what do I always say to those I work with & to myself when in healing mode?

At least we still get to eat delicious, hydrating, healthy, sweet food while the body heals! This is a plus!

It’s a beautiful thing to learn that we are capable of healing ourselves…That if we gather the correct information and apply it, we may never have to rely on anyone but ourselves when it comes to our health.

It’s a beautiful thing when we learn the processes the body must enter in order to heal, therefore removing all fear…
